Refund policy환불 정책
This policy applies to all services provided by defy.works. It is a general policy and may be changed or superseded on a per-contract basis; where an individual contract sets different refund terms, that contract prevails. Otherwise, this policy is legally binding.
본 정책은 디파이웍스가 제공하는 모든 서비스에 적용됩니다. 본 정책은 일반 정책으로서 개별 계약에 따라 변경될 수 있으며, 개별 계약에서 달리 정한 환불 조건이 있는 경우 해당 계약이 우선합니다. 그 외의 경우 본 정책은 법적 구속력을 가집니다.

Before work begins
As a rule, defy.works does not receive any payment before work begins. If any payment has been received before work begins, it is eligible for a full refund.
작업 착수 전
디파이웍스는 원칙적으로 작업 착수 전에 대금을 수령하지 않습니다. 작업 착수 전에 대금이 수령된 경우, 해당 금액은 전액 환불 대상입니다.

Deposits
Once work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
계약금
작업이 착수된 이후에는 어떠한 경우에도 계약금이 환불되지 않습니다.

After work is completed
No refunds are made after work has been completed.
작업 완료 후
작업이 완료된 이후에는 환불이 불가합니다.

Modifications
Fees paid for modifications or revisions are non-refundable.
수정 작업
수정 작업에 대해 지급된 비용은 환불이 불가합니다.

Management fees
Management fees are non-refundable.
관리비
관리비는 환불이 불가합니다.
