Simple Spaces Korea operates eight flexible-living properties across Seoul. The site is the tenant portal: browsing, short-term and long-term applications, and an ops layer for the in-house team.

Lucia session auth, Prisma schema, S3 image pipeline, Mapbox property pins, and a Google-Sheets ingestion path for ops. PostHog instruments the funnel. Everything is bilingual at the content layer — tenants are mostly international.
